petrol and diesel are out of gst but mobil oil under gst act but mobil oil sale is on 2% to 5 % maximum of gross turnover so tell me rcm is applicable or not
If his gross turnover of Petrol and Mobil Oil crosses 20lacs, he needs to take registration.. But GST should be levied only on the sale of Mobil oil...
