When I try to login with provisional I'd and password, the system shows RC Cancelled error and the department is also not responding properly on the said matter...
what should be done?

i think you should go for fresh registration and put the details in about tour exiting provisional ID.
But sir what about the CENVAT and the existing running cases on the said service tax number? Whether it will continue to my new GST number?
in that case u should wait and try to contact helpline no. or by email.

They are not picking any calls
No response on email which I have sent many times.
Department is also not clear on that issue...
