proper quorum is not presented

in case of articles providing for a larger quorum then that larger quorum shall be present...otherwise the meeting will be invalid...eg- if articles fr a public co. provide for a quorum of 6 members personally present then that quorum must be present,,,,

agree with sneha....article may prescribe a larger quorum than companies act, but not less than it.

so if it is larger then that no. of members should be present in the meeting.
