one of my cousin cleared CA in the age of 30... still he is fresher now planning to join ...wat do u think will he get equal chance in the top notch companies as a fresher? although he started CA in the age of 24 cleared foundation in 1st, inter in 3rd and final in 2nd attempt....wat do u think..is it worth?

Further ask him to register for the campus program organised by the ICAI after each attempt.
He will definately get a good job.
