The Indo-MIM IPO closes today, Monday, 27 July 2026, so this is the last day to put in your bid. Once the window shuts, attention shifts to allotment, refunds and the listing. Here is the full timeline and what to expect.

Allotment is expected around Tuesday, 28 July 2026. That is when the registrar finalises who gets shares and how many. This is a bookbuilding issue with a large offer for sale component, so the size of your allotment depends on how heavily the book is subscribed across the retail, HNI and institutional categories.

How to check your allotment status

MUFG Intime India (formerly Link Intime) is the registrar for this issue. You can check your status here: https://in.mpms.mufg.com/Initial_Offer/public-issues.html

Pick Indo-MIM from the dropdown, then look yourself up by PAN, application number, or DP client ID. PAN is usually the simplest. If nothing shows on the first try, wait a few hours, the data is uploaded in phases through allotment day.

Issue details

  • Price band: ₹461 to ₹485 per share
  • Issue price: ₹485 per share
  • Face value: ₹1 per share
  • Lot size: 30 shares, so one lot at the upper band works out to ₹14,550
  • Employee discount: ₹45 per share, bringing the employee price to ₹440
  • Total issue size: 7,86,00,300 shares, up to ₹3,811 crore
  • Fresh issue: 1,03,09,278 shares (up to ₹499 crore)
  • Offer for sale: 6,82,91,022 shares (up to ₹3,311 crore)
  • Issue type: Bookbuilding IPO
  • Listing at: BSE and NSE
  • Pre-issue market cap: ₹23,981.42 crore

One thing worth noting from the structure: the bulk of this issue is an offer for sale (₹3,311 crore of the ₹3,811 crore total), with only ₹499 crore coming in as fresh capital. So most of the money raised goes to selling shareholders rather than into the company.

If you did not get an allotment

The amount blocked in your bank account gets released. For ASBA applications the mandate is revoked, so the funds that were on hold free up around 29 July. Nothing is debited for shares you were not allotted.

If you did get shares, they land in your demat account roughly a day before listing. The stock lists on Thursday, 30 July 2026, on both BSE and NSE.

A caution on the middle dates: allotment, refund and credit dates here are tentative and were not fixed in the issue snapshot, so treat 28 and 29 July as expected rather than confirmed. The close (27 July) and listing (30 July) are the firm ones. Keep an eye on exchange notices for the exact allotment confirmation.

Did you apply, and in which category? Post your allotment result once it is out, it helps others gauge how tight the subscripttion was.
