Query : set-off of marks in case of exemption

i have already gone through the file u suggested but doesn't cover my question.

yes.

  U will get set off in 1st group only,not in 2nd group,for passing in 2nd group u will have to score 200. Inter group set off is available only when u pass both groups in a single attempt. And hence the setoff is available when all papers are cleared in the same attempt. All the best.

Issue is solved. Thanks all for your inputs. I have communicated with ICAI helpline and it is cleared that i wont be able to get set-off.
