i want to obtain pan no for filing the return of a primary school...
name of school "ever green public school"
name in registration certificate:-""ever green public school shiksha samiti.""

now my query is that ..
whether i fill

OR

in the pan card form....

while submitting the pan card uwant submit scholl registration certificate, hence scholl registration certificate name as ever green public school shakshi sammtri. suppose if uappy on other name u pan card willbe rejected. authorities will see the govt registration certificate of scholl name proof and on that document pan card will alloted and issued by nsdl dept

This certificate is issued by registrar of institutes e.g "rajasthan sanstha registration act 1958""
itwill comes name of the school appear on the registration certifacte and date of registration of scholl issued by govtdept education
