 while submitting the pan card  uwant submit  scholl registration certificate, hence scholl registration certificate  name  as ever green public school shakshi sammtri. suppose if uappy on other name u pan card willbe rejected. authorities will see the govt registration certificate of scholl name  proof and on that document pan card will alloted and issued by nsdl dept
