Hello Khushi you need not send any other document to institute................. and reg ITT cert and CC they did ask this when we file exam form on portal with these 3 options Yes, NO, Undergoing.............. you can check status of ur exam form on the portal by rntering ur payment id and request id in others option............. you will receive a mail also from ICSI regarding confirmation of ur payment along with the same receipt which was generated on the time of payment.
