a hotel started its operation in F.Y 2010-11 applied for star rating. initially application for rating was turned down but later on its rating was granted in F.Y 2012-13. can the hotel take the benefit of section 35AD for A.Y. 2011-12 as well or will it be eligible to take benefit of section 35AD from A.Y. 2013-2014
The Hotel will be eligible to enjoy benefit from the year in which it got the 5-Star Rating.

how will the exemptions will be worked out... depreciaton for initial 2 years and then 100% allowance of capital expenditure or any other suggestion
