I am a new Tax payer working for an IT company.I have received my Form-16 for the financial year 2012-2013.
Now my query is should i still need to file ITR where i have already submitted required documents to my company and they deducted only applicable tax from my salary after considering submitted doc ?
When should I file ITR ?

due date is 5th Aug 2013 But u can file the belated return

All my investments are already reflected in my form-16 so, my query is still i need to File ITR ?
Yes That is just an statement of taxable income. But You should file the Itr
YES YOU HAVE TO FILE YOUR ITR EVEN YOU DECLARED YOUR ALL SAVINGS TO YOUR EMPLOYER
