hiiiiiii friends, i have query regarding Capital Gain... i read in local newspaper that flat rate on capital gain has been removed & now capital gain wud be added in gorss total income & accordingly tax on capital gain wud be chargeble @ 30% slab rate... & 1 more thing, what is New Direct Tax Code??? can any1 suggest me... thanx in advance....
