When Validate E-TDS Revise return through Consolidated Statement Following Error occured

Error Code & Descripttion- T-FV-2096 Either invalid Gross TDS/TCS Total as per Challan or value not Provided

Also when Importing E-TDS Consolidated Statement following Figure Shown in Challan Details

Sr No. TDS Surcharge Edu Cess. Last Total tax Deposited Total tax Deposited

1 36433400.00 364334.00 36433400.00

2 19548900 .00 195489.00 19548900.00

Actual TDS as Per Last Total Tax Deposited However in TDS Column the figure is shown 100 times more than actual.

TDS amount must match with the CSI file, how come you could upload the original file when the amount as per the TDS challan is not Rs. 36433400/- but is RS.364334/-, Rs.19548900 but is Rs. 195489.

it seems while filling the TDS RPU i.e. it is a data entry mistake.....

but any how now you can change the consolidated statement and make corrections in the consolidated statement and validate it with the CSI, if the amount contained in the CSI file is Rs. 364334 & Rs. 195489 it will get validated other wise error file will be generated.... if your are still presisting any problem then contact your near NSDL....
