query about of section 10(10)(ii) gratuity
If person is not cover under gratuity act 1972 so when will calculate the salary of this person will i include the bonus

Only basic salary, dearness allowance, if provided in the terms of employment for retirement benefits, formaing part of salary and commission which is expressed as fixed percentage of turnover will be taken for calculation of salary if person is non govt. employee and not covered under gratuity act.
