IN LAW PAPAER GENERLLY PRACTICAL QUESTION ARE ASKED....IF YOU WRITE THE ANSWER NEARLY TO 1/2 PAGE OR 3/4 PAGE YOU WILL BE GOING TO GOOD GET MARKS PROVIDED THAT  YOU MENTIONED ALL THE RELEVANT POINTS WHICH ARE REQUIRED TO BE MENTIONED OUT......

Well contrary to what happens in Bcom and other such courses, precision is the basic requirement in CA. Examiner wants to know whether you have understood the subject. And your point wise presentation will be easier to be assessed. What will make an intelligent person happy. Showing good understanding of a subject or trying to make him a fool. No one likes to be fooled much less a CA paper checker. Brief and precise should be the answer to your query. Forget the pages they are going to fill themselves up.

FOR BC & ETHICS THE LENGTH IS NOT MUCH IMPORTANT.EVEN FOR 8 MARKS ONE PAGE WILL SUFFICE.WHAT U REQUIRED IS IN ETHICS PROVIDE UPDATE EXMAPLES IT ADDS VERY GOOD MARKS.FOR BC REFER IPCC-RTP,S & PRACTICE MANUALS.
