Public limited company - to rise 10 cr

Dear All,

I am runinng a sole proprietaryship company since 12th July 2009 ( Turn over for last four years - FY 2011-12 38 lakhs,FY 2012-13 78 Lakhs, FY 2013- 2014 1.35 Cr, FY 2014-15  1.5 Cr ). I am interested in setting up a manufacturing plant with franchise model business & required an initial funding of 10cr. I do have investors supporting my track record and  good will. So please do guide me how to make start .
