1) Can Property be registered in HUF?
If Yes, Please elaborate in respect to which section?
2) Whether Property of HUF can be registered in the name of member / Joint member of HUF?

Like an individual an HUF is also a seperate taxable entity. so the property can be purchased in teh name of HUF by the KArta who is the senior most memebr of the family. HUF can also get deduction ho home lonau/s 80C and 24(b)
