Professional misconduct
Is it considered to be professional misconduct if Members in Service engage in business (not CA practise) without the permission of ICAI under CA Act 1949?

according to schedule 1 part 1 clause 11 it is only applicable on the ca in practice ..... I don't think that it will apply on the ca in service...
