Professional income
is the LIC commission (commision is above 24 lakh) is professional income u/s 44ADA?, if yes, so how we can return file for ass yr 17-18 .

You ll be file ITR 4.

Your income lies in u/s 194D.
Therefore, you can file ITR 3 for AY 2017-18 & for AY 2016-17 or earlier
