Position of due dates under GST

175 views 2 replies
Sirs, under erstwhile VAT laws, it was a set position that if any due date falls on a public or general holidays, the next working day is the due date. Will this position stands under GST also? Can anybody clarify? Or shall we wait for a court to decide this?

There is no clarity on that yet sir.
So its safe to assume that last dates will be the final dates as of now.
@ Varma and Co.,

Very good question...

In my view,
Yes. We can use the benefits of holidays as leave for the transactions. Bcoz, we can't make some transactions...
But, I don't know exactly...

So, Wait on further notification...
