few day ago MCD people are come to our home and they checked our cooler they found some dirtines in cooler and asked my father's name(who is not alive) i told them. After 2-3 days they issue a challan against my father's name my brother didnt appear or unable to submit fine now yesterday they issue saamant against my father's name and asked to appear in court.
so please help me and tell me the procedure to solve this problem.
Please give more details. What is MCD? What cooler?
MCD : municipality corporation of delhi..

It seems that someone in your neighbourhood has complained regarding your cooler, which might be in some ways causing nuisance or disturbance to the complainant, which is why MCD, has probably, on the instance of a complaint as well as some bribe, fined you. There is some mischief here, and someone in your locality wants to harass you.
Sorry to hear about your father dear !!! In my opinion this is done just to harras you.Be calm, first of all how can the MCD people summon a person after his demise or even levy any penalty. They should provide a clear explaination as to why you or your family should pay a fine for a thing which is not the property of the MCD but it belongs to you.Hope u can clear out any confusion that may have led to all this.
