nopes dude......finance act 2010 does not apply to nov 2010 xams.........finance act 2009 does....

All are same except change in valuation of motor car and only FA,2009 is applicable for Nov.2010 exams.

as correctly said by anand finance act 2010 does not apply to nov 2010

you must go for supplementary study paper -2009 taxation (relevant for student appearing in nov 2010 examination)
