first of all  find logic behind question then in assignment you have to bring zero

i want to know how proportion is calculated.........................not the assingment part....................

proption is given in quwestion itslelf

if anyone who has done assingment can answer..............................

Calculate the next 2 cloumns (Zone) in similar manner..

No follow the above method..divisible factor 14 does not make sense..
