plz help me out Reg. excess leave

I have taken 243 leave uto 2 year training and after that i have taken transfer of articleship to new CA and i have taken 27 leave more. 

So i will like to know that for excess leave calculation on proportionate  basis OR in total (243+27) leave. 

 

PLz  help

I think in total basis . and i want a help i am going to comple my article around 3 months and i have taken leave around 250 days, my boss wants to put me in extension. Wat to do now????? Help me/////
