Draft and letter both Secretaty, The institute of chartered Accountants of India ke nam banege. Institute Ne likha hai ki all fees paid in the name of Secretary.

Draft in favour of  "THE SECRETARY, THE INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS OF INDIA."

Payable at respective zone where the article is registered.

You have to pay only condonation charge in case you submit your documents 30 days after the date on which articleship gets over.

I dont think you have to pay 1000 rupees. The condonation charges are 100 rupees for one month delay and 200 rupees for delay of 60 days to 90 days.

In case it exceeds 90 days then call up institute and find out the documents required to be filed as there are list of documents.
