hellp every one....pls help me regard to the following.

basically hw to read this law subject..?on wha basis i will be tested..?

can any one telme..the important areas to cover,? how much is the weightage..for each act?

foe rthics and communiations? questions will be direct?is reading from past exam questions is enough fr ethics and communication?..help me out..in this..

ETHICS AND COMMUNICATION WILL COVER ALMOST 40 MARKS,....THE REST IS ALLOCATED TO LAW,..

REGARDING THE WAY OF PREPARATION U SHOULD BE STRONG IN THE CONCEPT,..DIRECT QUESTIONS ARE NOW NOT BEING ASKED AS ICAI WANTS TO TEST THE STUDENTS PRACTICALLY,..

SO JUST GO THROUGH THE CONCEPT AND WORK OUT CASE LAWS AND PRACTICAL QUESTIONS,....ONCE UR STRONG WITH THE BASICS ANY TYPE OF QUESTION CAN BE ANSWERED,......

SPEAKING ABOUT ETHICS AND CMMUNCTION IT IS A STRAIGHT FORWARD SUBJECT,..NO NEED TO STRUGGLE MUCH WITH IT,...JUST PURE LANGUAGE SKILLS IS WHAT U REQUIRE FOR THAT,...WHILE WRITING THE ANSWERS MAINTAIN GRIP ON THE LANGUAGEW,.DONT SIMPLIFY THE ANSWERS BY WRITING IT IN A SIMPLE LANGUAGE,....OK,..
