No its compulsory.

No Marks will be deducted if explanation is correct and True/False is of Two Marks each na.

Don't worry abt it.

Dear Piyush,

it is cumpulsory to quote the sections of each and every question in exams if u want to score good marks.but don't quote wrong section if u dont know because examiner are not fool.He may be angry and u could be victim.

In case study you must try to quote the section if u dont know then write the provision only like this

As per provision of the company Act 1956

not compulsory but it is better to write the sec.

NOT COMPULSORY

No its not compulsory............

If U don't write noting its noting wrong

but if u quote wrong section then forget abt the 1 mark....

so never take a chance if u r not sure............

But for your knowledge and confidence of the subject, try to remember them. Writing in paper, not compulsory.

Important Suggestions for PCC and IPCC Students for Exams

Quote section only if u r confident abt it in any answer. Quoting sec will add max 1 marks but if the sec is wrong then the whole answer is marked wrong. so it is advisable to quote only if u r sure abt it.
