pls explain

Hi all

pls explain the new rule regarding transfer in articleship period and also do let me know if the transfer is allowed only once??

i have heard we can take only 1 transfer during whole articleship..also if anybody has worked in big 4 pls let me know if we get time to prepare for finals or attend any classes while doing articleship with them...
