In plant Tissue culture laboratory, the plants are sold in polybags after coming out form laboratory to farmers, others etc. Does income from this comes under Agriculture Income or is there any exmeptions on these type of income.

NO...It is not agricultural income. Because plants are grown in a laboratory and not naturally. It can be said as agricultural income if plants are sold after growing on ground through natural process and not scientific way.
