Physically handicapped student (hearing handicapped).

I am physically handicapped student (hearing Handicapped).

i have certificate issued by Army Hospital in that My disability is showing is 50 %.

Now, i am applying for CA final May 2013 Exams online, in that i have to click at a option that i am physically challenged or not? So, my question is that i have to click YES OR NO in physically challenged option given in form . earlier i have no certificate in this regards , so no such issue arises previously for CA exams ,but now i have such certificate as maintained above. so please see the query urgently and provide answer.
