i m eager to know about if any company deposit the employees provident fund not within the due date and date of application of registration is after two months later then wholesum amount is disallowed or any relaxation given to company......................
employees contribution if it is not paid within the due date of the respective act has to be disallowed
Employee contribution shall be deposited within the due dates prescribed under the PF Act else it will be disallowed.

N ALSO IT MUST BE NOTED THAT IT IS NOT ONLY DISALLOWED FOR THE RELEVANT PY WHEN IT IS NOT DEPOSITED BUT ALSO FOR THE FORTHCOMING YEARS WHEN IT IS ACTUALLY DEPOSITED
