Passing certificate

I was a pe2 student, passed my 2nd group in nov 09.then i got converted to IPCC on aug 10, After that I passed unit 7 in nov.10 & Unit 5 in May 11. I register my self to final on 16th aug11 & i also got confirmation of my final registration. But till now I hv not received my passing certificate. Am I eligible to get certificate under IPCC? What should I Do to get it?
