Pandit aur Bhagwan
Once there was a Pandit who used to do worship lord daily and always thought and read about lord only. He believed in lord and thought if anything happens his lord will save him.
One day there was heavy rain when Pandit was in Mandir, one devotee told Pandit to come with him as there was a forecast that rain will be very heavy so you need to go to a safe place since Mandir was lower in height and near a river hence changes for flood were high. But Pandit said no nothing to worry my lord will save me.
After sometime due to rain half of Mandir was in water and rescue team came with boat and asked Pandit to come out of Mandir or else he will die, again Pandit said no nothing to worry my lord will save me.
Now after some time later most of Mandir was in water and Pandit was standing on roof of that Mandir, again rescue team came with helicopter and asked Pandit to come with them else he will die, Pandit said no nothing to worry my lord will save me.
Finally due to flood water gushed on over the Mandir and Pandit dies. When he reaches to heaven he complained to Bhagwan
Pandit: Whole my life I prayed to you and did everything to please you and you did not come to save me?
Bhagwan: I first sent my devotee to save you but you rejected, later I sent rescue team with boat to save you and you rejected that also and finally I sent rescue team with helicopter to save you again and you rejected that also, so how could I save you?
Moral: Like Pandit many people keeps on complaining to god for help but don’t grab the opportunity that he gives. God will not come to help you every time but he will give you good number of opportunity to help yourself.
