For applying pan card ID proof is required is right but Like ID proof in which Address also tob required.

But As per Identity proof you can submit UR

10th pass certifficate copyor any other proof in which ur photograph attached with the proof

along

with the residence proof i.e ration card, ddriving licence, any rent aggreement 

but photo on the 10th pass certifficate copy is not clear

Dosent matter if your name is there on the Ration Card. nowa days KARVY accepts the application only with one proof also i.e. Ration Card.

its don't matter dear

for applying a pan card, a ID proof and one address proof is required.

So, Ration card or Driving License will do.

RATION CARD IS ENOUGH FOR APPLIYING PAN CARD.

For PAN Application,

Proof Which are Valid For Both i.e. ID & Address Proof

1. Ration Card

2. Votter ID Card

3. Passport

4. Driving Licence

5. Bank Passbook / Statement

6. Gazatted Officer's Certificate

You may apply for PAN Card by submitting anyone of the above.

If Address is not proper in the proof, then Electiricy Bill, Telephone Bill, Rent Receipt, Employer's Certificate may be submitted for the latest address.

i need to add my name in ration card becoz i got married and moved to other place. plz guide me...waiting for ur reply.

purne rasan card se name katwa kar nagarpalika se letter likhwa kar dusri jagah deposit karwa do

submit the old ration card to old place ration office with details of transfer, take deposit slip and go to current place ration office, they will issue u new ration card
