Hello dear you can correct this mistake, Just fill the correction form & enclose Ration Card photocopy or valid documents & your PAN card photocopy & submit it to your near Karvy or Alankrit center. you will get your new PAN card within 15 days. Correction form are Enclosed here.
LEAVING CERTIFICATE IS USED FOR ID PROOF AND YOUR RATION CARD IS USED FOR ADDRESS PROOF.
Ration Card or Driving licence is enough......
