Over the counter car sale.CGST or SGST ?
Over the counter sale of new car to customer whose address is another state and mentioned in invoice...local tax or IGST?

Place of Supply is seller's state. So, CGST and SGST is applicable....
In case Customer order the Car and Delivered to his home address then only it's Inter State supply.....
I guess its correct to charge CGST/SGST.But unfortunately Tally is compulsorily charging IGST on entering customer address.Need to get correction done in software.
