[Students have been advised to studyonly the general provisions of winding up as covered under Paragraph 9.4 of chapter 9 of the study material]

SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009

Man , you're doing chartered accountant course , try to read the notification full and understand. There was nothing out of course in Law paper.

In Notification it's given Compaines second amendment act prov. relating to Winding up is Not applicable excpet Genreal Prov. , there is no where written that Comapnies act, 1956 prov. are N.A . Only given that second amendmend act Prov relating to Winding up NA excpet General Prov carried out Second amendment act.

That means Co. act 1956 prov and Genreal prov. carried out by second amed. act 2002 are applicable. Every question was from course, noting was out of course.

I agree with avanish soni
