Can we take input credit of motorcar repairing charges, office equipments AMC/reparing/Audit and professional fee paid / business promotion exp and hotel & air ticket charges.

Yes. You can take ITC for above said Expenses except Air Tickets & Hotel Bills for Food & Beverages..
