I wanted to know what is the procedure for obtaining order u/s 111A of the Companies Act 1956 from Company Law Board for Title of Shares ?
Can we obain the same on our own or only through advocates?
Please share your valuable experience.
A petition has to be filed before CLB as per CLB Regulations 1991. You can take hlep of some practising CS for the same who can appear on behalf of the company.
