I have received online gst noties on gst portal. I have not file gstr 3b from Oct 2018 to Jan 2018. but my Party file gate 1 in which they claim input tax. so my gate portal show a notice. office claim penalty of 600000.00 in this case what I do?
as per gst notification there no penalty from 22 Dec 2018 to 31 March 2019. And how to I reply?

what do you mean by "gate 1" if you mean to say GSTR 1, ... how can you claim Input in Gstr 1 ????? plz clarify your query ...

I am not file my 3b return. but party file his Gstr 1 return . so there are difference in tax amount. that the reason why gst officer send me online notice on gst portal. I am not file my return due to my accountent .there are some problem between me or my accountent. now I am filing my 3b return before due date of notice. but why? three are penalty and late fee are exempt from 22nd December 2018 to March 2019.
