Form 16 as well Form 16A could be downloaded from tin-nsd.com. Initially tan need to be registered and and on successfull logging into tan account, reqeust for form 16a could be placed. the procedure is self explanatory and quite simple.

With regard to form 16, tax recovery particulars and tax paymt particulars alone are shown in the generated form. Hence the said form is not that helpfull.
