We are dealer in agricultural and gardening equipments. We import the machinery from china. We want to obtain the excise registration certificate as well as the OEM certificate. Kindly can anyone pls suggest me the procudure for the same.

Being DEALER ( & Importer) or TRADER you are not entitle to register under Excise, and hence cannot get OEM certificate also.
