i had an intra state sales in august month to a registered buyer and generated a gst invoice with 5% gst charge.
its more than 180 days over and party is not paying the money.
is there any possible way to get reversal or refund of gst, which i charge on that specific bill, as party is not paying this bill amount.

actually you ( suppler ) can't do anything and you can't get back your tax amount and it the recipient who will get back itc until he make payment.

maximum thing you can do write a representation to recipient gst commissioner of his area
who is the gst commnissor, how will i know?
go to GST site and type his gstin and you will information about his location and then gst office of that area and then report about this commissioner
You can cancel/alter that invoice amount in next month GSTR-1 through ammendment and reduce corresponding liability in GSTR-3B
