ABC manufacturer issued 9 Jwellery Vouchers (each voucher value is 24000) to XYZ distributor. XYZ distributor has issued same vouchers to 9 retailers.
My Question is Whether ABC Manufacturer deduct TDS u/s 194R on XYZ distributor or retailers?
