Can website designing and photography be considered by department as professional activity under sec 44ada.
Please also suggest some case laws, where it has been held that 44ada can be applied only in specified professions u/s 44AA(1)

Web site designing and photography are generally not considered specified professions under Section 44AA(1), so they may not automatically fall under SEction 44ADA for presemptive taxation.
Case Laws: Courts have held that 44 ADA applies only to specified professions listed in 44AA(1). For non-specified professions, normal business income rules apply.
