I have Not filled ITR for AY11-12 and few days back received Notice under 148.
can I reply to them
1. TDS deducted appropriately and I have form 16
2. forgot to fill ITR due to.medical condition
please advise

You are requested to take professional help, as it is the case of detailed scrutiny.
You are required to file ITR for the year, alongwith all the details of the investment source, cash deposits, any query w.r.t. AIR report, expenditures, loans etc.
but you can't fill the ITR for 7 years old..
In your case AY 11-12
Last date for issue of notice under section 149 is 31st March 2018 which served on you under section 148, if Income escaped 1,00,000 or more, for Assessment under section 147.
If notice issue on or before 31st march than you are required to reply of this Notice.
