In one of my clients case income tax department is not issuing refund as the tds data not match with the nsdl data. we have also submitted original TDS certificate to ITO. plese help.

Dear Mitesh,
Ur case is similar if not exactly same to the one we have discuused earlier..
In cases like this, I think U have to follow up with the AO only & If he suggest anything to be done on part of the deductor then u can approach deductor for that matter.....
I hope AO listens to ur explanation & issues refund...
