Non filing of returns with registrar of companies

Others 842 views 1 replies

There has been a lapse of not filing the yearly returns of the company with the ROC for over 3 years. The returns have been regularly filed till date with the Income tax. the registrar has struck off the name from the registeration. On filing the case, the majistrate has also overlooked and ruled that the company must be liquidated.

The company owns a property in its name.

there are no creditors with the company.

The case has been re-appealed with the high court.

I was wanting to get views from the forum members.
