Company ABC Pvt Limited & XYZ Ltd is registered under Companies Act, 1956. Both companies having same registered office since incorporation of the Companies.
Our query is like, how many companies can have their registered offices under one roof within the four corners of the Act? Are there any restrictions on no. of offices for no. of Companies?

There is no such restriction under the companies act on no. of companies using one registered office. However, please ensure that this can be related party transaction under the companies act since the property must have been owned by/leased in favor of one company only and other companies are also using. Further, those other companies should have address proof in their name- lease deed, rent receipt, electricity bill, etc for submission with any statutory body like service tax, Shops & Establishment Act, Labor Law, etc. So, these factors should be considered.

Having a no. of registered office for a no. of companies for a single address can be noted by the ROC at any time. Hence, to protect the companies,in future take steps to allot one floor for one company and vice versa or can allot one address in form of cabin for differnet compane's address in the same floor.
We have Import the finished goods from Russia and supply to Northern Coalfields Limited Singrauli in M.P. M P Sale tax department told me pad the entry tax 1% of export value.
Plesae advise as I Know entry tax not applicable in Imports Goods.
