nitice for NOC
I have applied for GST registration, but Dept has demanded noc (not clearly mentioned for which). I had applied for prop firm and the address premise is in name of prop wife.

They are asking NOC for place of business. As it is in your wife's name. You have to give a NOC that your wife hs no problem in giving the premises for your business.

But, My advise for make it Rs. 10 stamp paper. Bcoz, Already you had intimation for above said way.
So, Once again the same ll be raise them your registration ll be rejected by the Dept...
