ORIGINAL PURCHASE VALUE OF A PROPERTY LOWER THAN THE GOVT. MARKET PRICE. IS THE DIFFERENCE AMOUNT TAXABLE? WHAT IS THE EFFECT AGAINST THE SELLER OR PURCHASER. GIVE THE SUGGESTION TO WAIVE THE TAX BOTH SIDE.

Dear bhowmik when the purchase price is lower then govt market price then for taxes calculation govt market rate will be consider. I suggest you to put your query in expert field of the site for better alternatives available.
